fantastic stay
clean roomscomfortable bedsattentive staff
i found the rooms to be clean. the beds were comfortable, offering plenty of space. the staff accommodated my early check-in request with attentiveness. i really liked the quick and easy check-in process.
the elevator was a bit slow at times.

The hotel is close to several convenience stores, made daily needs easy to handle. a laundry shop nearby added to the convenience. It was very practical. its central setting made getting around seamless.

My christmas visit went smoothly. the hotel was very clean and orderly. the staff gave a warm welcome! breakfast was very nice. there was a supermarket and a coffee shop right in front. It was very helpful.

Not Quite the Experience I Anticipated

The location was indeed central, with access to many attractions.
I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep. the room service was subpar. My request for extra towels went unfulfilled despite several reminders. This affected the overall quality of my stay quite a bit (.. ).
